This is a wheel-thrown vase. It is about 6 inches tall and about 3 1/2 inches in diameter. It is scrap on the outside and white on the inside. The scrap and white mixed a little on the inside and made a light blue. In order to make this project I had to use choking in a more creative way than I normally do. The main art element is form. This interesting form comes about by the main design element: proportion. The lip is just as wide as the wides part lower in the awe and therefore is unusual.
